A Dubai Ventures trade mission is a curated executive delegation built with a major conference week, in partnership with its organizers, and surrounded by a private program: a briefing day, a roundtable with principals from the host market, private one on one meetings arranged against each delegate's objectives, and evenings with attendance curated by our team.
Delegations are deliberately limited and every delegate is vetted for fit. The result is a room where every person is there for a reason.

Dubai Future Finance Executive Trade Mission
Held during Dubai Future Finance Week. DIFC Guest VIP access to the Dubai FinTech Summit and the forums, and a private day at Capital Club Dubai. Fintech and payments, digital assets and tokenization, private capital and family wealth.
Dubai Healthcare Executive Trade Mission
Held during World Healthcare Week, with WHX Tech as conference partner. A week in Dubai with the world of healthcare, and private access to the UAE and the Gulf.
The model
The conference week
VIP access to the anchor conference and its forums, arranged with the organizers under the partnership, so delegates arrive as guests rather than attendees.
The private program
A briefing day, a roundtable luncheon with invited principals, and private one on one meetings in a dedicated space, built around each delegate's objectives and shared before arrival.
The evenings
An orientation dinner on arrival and a reception at the end of the private day, with attendance curated so the room is worth the evening.
The follow through
Every introduction made during the week can continue as a market access engagement after it.
Founding Sponsorship
Each mission carries a limited number of Founding Sponsor positions for organizations that want to be in front of the delegation: a private office during the private day, expanded introductions, stage time at the reception and brand exposure across the mission. Sponsorship is organizational and does not include a delegate seat.
Ambassador program
Ambassadors introduce principals from their own networks to the missions under a written agreement, with compensation set out in it. If you hold relationships that belong in these rooms, the program is by application.
