The Firm
Dubai Ventures is a global business development and market expansion firm connecting principals, institutions and commercial opportunities across international markets.
Our work spans three capabilities: market access and expansion, deal origination, and executive programs such as trade missions and private events, with corporate services and strategic advisory in support. We work with decision makers to establish market presence, develop strategic relationships and advance commercial opportunities, both within their existing markets and in new ones.
We turn access into action. Our missions and events bring the right people into the room. Our market access and advisory capabilities help establish a commercial foothold. Through deal origination and strategic partnerships, we work to move opportunities beyond introductions and toward execution.
Our network brings together relationships across government and public authorities, financial centers, free zones, developers, institutions and the alternative investment community. These relationships, alongside our strategic partnerships, enable us to connect markets, activate opportunities and support commercial progress.
Founded in 2023, Dubai Ventures LLC is incorporated and headquartered in Miami, Florida, and operates globally.
Our Operating Model
Dubai Ventures works through a model built on relationships: direct leadership of each mandate, combined with an established network of institutional, commercial and specialist partners.
Each engagement is structured around defined objectives, counterparties and deliverables. Where additional expertise or local execution is required, Dubai Ventures coordinates with the relevant professional and strategic partners under the appropriate engagement arrangements.
This model allows Dubai Ventures to operate across markets and sectors while keeping direct oversight of, and accountability for, every engagement.
Our Operating Philosophy
Four principles shape every engagement, from the first introduction to the transaction.
Access
Relationships across government, institutions and the private sector, including through the Miami Chamber of Commerce Dubai, a separate nonprofit network.
Capital
Relationships across family offices, funds and the alternative investment community, including through the founder's appointment as Regional Director, Middle East, of the Hedge Fund Association.
Activation
Executive programs, market access and deal origination: the work of Dubai Ventures, turning relationships into engagements and transactions.
Execution
Select mandates, carried through dedicated vehicles, each on its own terms and with licensed parties where the activity requires them.
Access builds relationships. Capital relationships deepen them. Activation turns them into transactions. Execution carries them through.
Roles, stated plainly
Dubai Ventures LLC is the commercial firm. The Miami Chamber of Commerce Dubai is a nonprofit network, cofounded and cochaired by the founder of Dubai Ventures, and a supporting partner of the missions. Transactions originated by Dubai Ventures are executed through dedicated vehicles under their own agreements.

Nick Naamou is the Founder & Managing Partner of Dubai Ventures. He is Cofounder and Cochair of the Miami Chamber of Commerce Dubai, a global network built on relationships across government, institutions and the private sector, and serves as Regional Director for the Middle East at the Hedge Fund Association, working with family offices, funds and alternative investment platforms.
He founded Dubai Ventures in 2023. Since then he has led more than 15 executive missions, to destinations including Dubai, Riyadh, Spain, Italy and Miami, through Dubai Ventures and with the Miami Chamber of Commerce Dubai and the Miami-Dade Beacon Council, and hosted or cohosted more than 100 events across real estate, finance, alternative investments, hospitality, sports and entertainment, energy and beyond, bringing principals, developers, institutions and capital into the same room. Delegations around Dubai Future Finance Week and World Healthcare Week are next.
He is based in both Miami and Dubai.
